Once listed, our home sold within 3 weeks which was much sooner that other homes in our neighborhood. And it was a cash offer at 99% of listing price!!! And all of this was done in the middle of the Covid-19 mess. We closed within 6 weeks with no issues. Angela and her team are very experienced and professional. When personal, individualized service with a true caring attitude has become a thing of the past, it was thoroughly refreshing to work with Angela Beck and her team who epitomized what true service used to be.
This is our second home transaction with the Angela. We are a 3 generation family with a unique set of needs. Angela listened to us and within a couple weeks found the perfect home for us and helped us negotiate a great arrangement with the seller.

We recently used Angie and her team to sell our house and they did a truly exceptional job for us. We decided to list our house for sale with Angie because she and her team were extremely well organized and knowledgeable about the local real estate market, and because of her extensive contacts in the community. We were absolutely delighted with the results! Angie gave us excellent advice but she was also very responsive to our concerns. Shortly after we decided to list our house with her, it became clear that Covid-19 was becoming a serious problem and we told Angie that we wanted to put the listing on hold for a few weeks. I was afraid that this might be a problem but she understood completely. She waited patiently until we contacted her to move forward again and then made sure that all visitors wore masks and gloves while they were in our house.
Once we got started again, Angie arranged for a photographer and the photos were absolutely stunning! Our house never looked so good! We were able to sell our house after the second showing and before it appeared on the MLS, and Angie and her team were always available to answer questions and provide help during the entire process.
This was the 7th house that I have sold and I can honestly say that it was the smoothest and best experience that we have ever had. We would not hesitate to use Angie again, or to recommend her to our friends.

Angela and her team found us a house we loved and we received financing and closed in 30 days which was a miracle because initially the bank we were approved through closed because of the Covid-19 so the entire financing part had to start over.
